Position Summary Information

Job Summary

To assist Administrative Staff with office set-up after office move new College of Veterinary Medicine Complex (VBEC).

Major/Essential Duties of Job

Office set up, unpacking boxes and moving equipment.

Occasional Duties

Assist with answering phones and other administrative type duties as needed.

Required Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Education and Experience

Associate or Bachelor’s degree.

Required Special Knowledge, Abilities, and Skills

Experience using business phone etiquette, and computer skills including Microsoft Office.

Ability to work with a diverse staff to include student workers, staff and faculty. Ability to multi-task. Ability to lift boxes of medium weight.
