Position Summary Information

Job Summary

The Administrative Coordinator I, under general supervision, provides administrative support for a unit or specialized activity.

Required Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree or any equivalent combination of education and experience. Two years of related experience in office administration.

Required Special Knowledge, Abilities, and Skills

Working knowledge of spreadsheet, database, presentation and word processing software programs. Interpersonal and communication skills and ability to plan and organize effectively. Ability to multi-task and work cooperatively with others.

Detailed Job Duties

Duties Performed

Other duties as assigned.

Duties Performed

Design, edit, and put in final form information brochures, pamphlets, reports and online resources for faculty, staff, and students.

Duties Performed

Prepare and update complex, technical, and confidential case files assigned by Director for cases received from designated colleges. Schedule Aggie Honor System Office hearings and investigations for assigned cases. Serve as case presenter to Honor Council hearing panels for assigned cases. Communicate appropriate AHSO policies and procedures and serve as resource for such.

Duties Performed

Perform advanced word processing, desktop publishing, and data management activities. Gathers information and conducts research in support of departmental initiatives.

Educate students, faculty, and staff about policies that govern the Aggie Honor System Office. Serve as a resource for individuals and stakeholders that have questions about the office, its processes, and best practices.
